Resilience Practicum #7 – Acknowledge who’s on your resilience team

Building and maintaining resilience isn’t exclusively a solo activity.

Your resilience team will be varied – colleagues, health professionals, friends, sports team members, etc.

Who’s on your resilience team? Write down their names. How can you acknowledge one or two people and share how they’ve supported your resilience? Acknowledging their contribution will engage a bonus resilience practicum #8 – practice gratitude.

Thanks to three members of my resilience team over the years – Shannon Abbott – authentic and supportive leader; Robyn Donald – soul friend; Cindy Gosselin – passionate health professional focused on supporting wellness. Oh, I can't forget my fur-kid team members, Jake and Myra, pictured here, who love me unconditionally!
