Resilience Practicum #6 – Move your body

As the old saying goes, “motion is lotion.” It’s usually in the context of movement to keep the body’s joints lubricated. I’ll add that motion is also a lotion to keep your mind flexible. A mind that is flexible is a mind that can weather the ups and downs of life. It supports resilience.

 Make time today to take a walk and stretch or any other physical activity that reenergizes you. Feel your muscles warm up, feel your joints moving and feel your mind ease.
